Until the end of August, The Mount Street Deli will embrace seasonal and fresh food for summer, collaborating with four fabulous cooks to offer customers two months of super-special salads. Nina Parker, Alexandra Dudley, Tart London and John Gregory Smith will bring their respective styles to the deli’s menu, taking over the salad section for two weeks each. The Little Fish Market in Brighton, owned and managed by chef Duncan Ray, is passionate about offering fresh, high quality and sustainable produce from the British Isles. Fucina are bringing the spirit of an Amalfi weekend to London as the restaurant transports guests to the turquoise waters and hilltop towns of the south west shores of Italy in the heart of Marylebone, on Chiltern Street.
