Throughout the month of June Connaught Village is offering foodies the opportunity to taste some culinary delights from all over the world, without leaving London.
The World Food Journey will be made up of cuisine from Europe, The Middle East and South America, with the following restaurants in Connaught Village offering a small, signature dish throughout the whole of June: Abasto, Assal Patisserie, Bombay Palace, Buchanans Cheesemonger, Colbeh, Connaught Cellars, Le Pain Quotidien andStuzzico.
Many of the restaurants and cafés offer al fresco dining so you can enjoy the summer weather, but you could also take away your dishes and drinks to create your own gourmet hamper to be enjoyed in Hyde Park, just a few minutes walk away.
The area is one of London’s true hidden villages and is home to a mix of exclusive independent retailers such as designer boutiques, restaurants and cafés, hair and beauty specialists and sophisticated art galleries. Well worth a visit if you fancy avoiding the West End crowds.
